Regenerative, not consumable

The CO₂ filter is continuously restored in operation instead of being replaced, so there is no new consumable to stock, swap or dispose of. We have tested the Maxairea CO₂ filter through 3,000 adsorb-and-release cycles and measured only 5% performance loss.

Why should I spend money on this?

Ventilation energy is one of the few HVAC loads you can reduce without touching tenant comfort. The assessment quantifies the reduction for your building and documents it against a measured baseline, so the case is defensible rather than promotional.

Will this work with my existing building?

The system is installed in the technical room into an existing air-handling unit, planned around your operating schedule. The filter is regenerative, so it adds no consumable to your maintenance regime.

HVAC engineer / consultant

Does the engineering make sense?

CO₂ separation with a regenerative sorbent stage, sensor-driven outdoor-air trim against a CO₂ setpoint, and a hard fresh-air floor of 24 m³/person/hour. Setpoints and status are exposed to the BMS.

Can the impact be measured and defended?

Pre- and post-installation measurement of CO₂, airflow and HVAC energy. Published figures carry an explicit evidence level so modelled and measured results are never conflated.
